Nuvante Technologies Limited was incorporated on 27 November 2025. The founding team are former Deutsche Bank directors with extensive experience in banking, including structuring and issuing landmark tokenised bonds for major development banks and working on central bank digital currency (CBDC) primary issuance settlement with a Middle Eastern Exchange.
Nuvante is building a secure, neutral clearing and settlement platform for stablecoins, tokenised deposits, and digital payments. The platform anchors settlement in central bank money, ensuring legal finality while eliminating exposure to commercial bank credit risk.

Nuvante was admitted to the Stanford Blockchain Accelerator Programme, a prestigious and highly selective initiative supporting leading blockchain and digital asset ventures.
Nuvante’s selection reflects the strength of its clearing and settlement proposition and its potential to contribute meaningfully to the development of institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure.

Nuvantè has been selected to participate in the Bank of England’s 2026 Synchronisation Lab, a significant milestone for the company. The programme brings together selected innovators to test critical settlement use cases, including synchronised payment versus payment and payment versus asset flows, within a central bank framework.
Through this collaboration, we will help explore how new forms of digital money, including stablecoins and tokenised deposits, can interact safely with central bank money to enable atomic settlement, reduce counterparty risk, and improve liquidity efficiency.
